– Improved service & product design and development process; Replaced 30+ legacy systems which led to a 23% increase in fees income, cut paperwork by 72%, and reduced check processing costs.
– Achieved two individual titles and five awards as a BMI team member to design and implement 20+ banking software.
– Communicated with product managers and UX designers to define BMI brand book and UI/UX design principles and launch Enterprise Design System with a library of 300+ UI elements.
– Trained and mentored design team members (including seven designers and 20+ interns) to convey design ideas in tangible forms like sketches, wires, prototypes.
